OnePlus 5T specs: An update for the screen
After leaking a lot of information, OnePlus has finally launched OnePlus 5T. Firstly, let’s talk about the display. OnePlus 5T specs come with a 6-inch Optic AMOLED screen (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 18:9 of aspect ratio that is surrounded by thin bezels. Besides that, the new display supports Sunlight Display technology. With this technology, it will boost the brightness considerably and make the phone easy to use under direct sunlight. Let’s take a move to the hardware. The OnePlus phone gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset.
Regarding the memory, OnePlus 5T comes in two variants of 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM and 8GB RAM with 128GB ROM (expandable). In terms of the photography, the OnePlus handset features a 20MP + 16MP dual-camera primary setup with an aperture of 1.7. Besides that, the front-facing camera has 16MP. Speaking of the battery, this phone packs a 3300 mAH capacity which has OnePlus’s exclusive Dash Charge feature. Additionally, the OnePlus device runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo as the operating system.
With a large screen, the OnePlus device moves the fingerprint scanners to the back of the phone for the first time on a OnePlus phone. Moreover, this smartphone has a new Face Unlock feature. With this feature, the OnePlus owners use the selfie camera to scan your face and unlock the phone. According to the announcement, OnePLus’s Face Unlock works with an accuracy of 99 percent.
OnePlus 5T release date and price
OnePlus 5T is available on 21 November for India, Europe, and North America. For OnePlus 5T price, it starts around $505 ~ Rs.32,999 for the version 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM.
